Festive Recipe to try with our delicious PIEKER Prepared Avocado Pockets

SERVES 4


INGREDIENTS:

1x Pieker Prepared Avocado Pocket

1x Lime

10g dill

100g cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tsp capers

2 tsp of good oil

1 tsp red wine vinegar

1x garlic clove

4x slices of ciabata bread

Salt & Pepper


METHOD:

Cut one of the corners of your PIEKER Prepared Avocado Pocket.

Slice your ciabata and toast or grill if preferred. Then, rub one side with a sliced garlic clove.

To prepare the salsa, cut the cherry tomatoes in halves. Set in a bowl. Add the oil, red wine vinegar, salt & pepper to taste. Mix with a spoon.

Now onto each slide of ciabata, pipe the PIEKER Prepared Avocado Pocket and top it with the tomato salsa. Sprinkle on top capers, a slice of lime and garnish with dill.

Serve plated to your guests as a starter or snack
